The point of the poll is to find out how many people will buy the sendo x in order to gage its market success if few people will buy it then it is sure to fail since the required amount of revenue will not be made available to sendo meaning that they will surrely go under meaning no more suport for sendo. If it has the Bluetooth Handsfree Profile and a great camera, you can count me in 😊

It does have a BT handsfree profile according to the manual

and I'm sure the camera will be decent, expecially with the flash 😊

Thing is, if people are on this forum, then they're far more likely to buy it than the average "man on the street".

Do the same poll with a sample of 1000 average Christmas shoppers and I dobut you'll find one who knows what the Sendo X is!

You are very correct! But may I point out that you guys are probably the kind of people that others turn to for advice on phones and if you guys have sendo x then it must be good, right?

I don't mind if Joe public doesn't buy a Sendo, aslong as I get mine and the software is stable, I don't really care 😃

Plus if they sell to many it will start to be a common phone like the 3650 is now.

Yes true software will be there whether Sendo sells or not realy but think of all the possible addons sendo could throw at us if they think their onto a winning horse. Also the more people that have the phone the more likely some of those people will buy a new accesorie so the price of these accesories will be cheaper than what they would if they were targeted at an elite few. Think laser keyboard, stereo bluetooth headset with inbuilt microphone. Thats just my opinion maybe misguided but i like to dream of possibilities.

I think it will be about 550 euros and should be out in February or in the first quarter of 2004.

As far as the regional issue I understand!
I dont know what the support will be like but i doubt it will be as good as Nokia!

i'm almost sure...but i don't even know the price (holland / expansys) ... i'm holding off the 6600 for now...

but 2 things really put me off here:
- the idea that sendo won't produce enough
- price will be very high (above 550)

I have read in an other post that some countries in europe will the shipment in march!! (Holland)

man...if someone just could garantuee mee it would cost 550 at expansys...
