hello ppl

Ive had my 7650 conencted to GPRS 50% of the day and i sent some e-mails and i have like max 10% left on my battery. This morning it was 100% thats kinda sucky 😞
Is there a stronger/better battery out there yet? if so give me a url i really need one.

How long have you had it? It can take a battery some time to get to full capability.

I know that my 7650 started off barely lasting a whole day without falling to the last bar, but after a few charges, it's much, much better.

I doubt that just being connected to GPRS has drained your battery so fast as otherwise most other users would have complained already, also these e-mails would need to be PHD dissertations/software/audio sized. I feel there's more likely another solution to this problem. What it is I do not know, but the GPRS doesn't sound a good enough reason to use 90% of a battery in a day.

i read in a forum before, though m not sure if its true, that the batt comsumption also depends on ur distance from a cellular site. meaning your mobile phone comsumes more battery the further away it is from a cell site

mine too
7650 battery is only 750 Milliamps
look here for a 1200 Milliamps

i'm getting my self a compatible, 1250mh bat besides the 2 750mh ori bat. Well the 1250mh can last slightly more than 3 days usages in normal uses while the 750mh, so far, not more than 2 days.

Hi,

make sure you have bluetooth connection turned off.
This may help a little bit.

Yeah i know you lose lots of batt if u have bluetoth on, took me 2 days to figure that out 😃
But in this case i explained about above i had it OFF and i removed it from the charger that morning and phone said batt was 100% when i removed it.

The battrey meter seems a bit vague anyway.
When my battery meter is low and I switch the phone off and back on the meter goes up - but I've also see it work the other way around (meter drops after power up)

But the battery DOES appear to last longer after a few charge-discharge-charge cycles. Mine goes for 2-3 days now with average use.

isnt that the way you should handle all "new" rechargeable batteries, charge them fully and then drain them totally, repeat procedure a few times.

I got my new toy yesterday, so i have been playing with it all day and had to do a full recharge twice... i hope it is just because it is new...

That's what happened to me. First few days, hardly lasted five minutes. It's settling in Ok now.

Oke this morning batt was 100% 10 hours l8ter = 0% 😞
is this good or bad`?
i was connected to GPRS whole day and i also ran icq, no bluetoth, i also sent a few mails and took a few pictures and answered a few icq msgs, but heh, 10h and then i have to charge it again :|

its ok!
i run out in just 2 hours of high speed connection

how much cost a better/stronger battery?
(if its worth to buy one) and how much stronger is it then standard

its shown on the label on the bat. For nokia original, it doesn't shown, but u can find it in nokia website on the specs.
