Bluetooth "System Error" !

HI, got the phone 3 days ago and I have a problem with the BlueTooth option. When I go to the connections folder and click on the Bluetooth Icon, it displays "System Error!" and takes me back to the Connections folder. I don't understand what the problem could be , but it has been this way since I got it.
I have reset the phone a few times already, both ways, by the menu option and by punching in *#7370#. But that didn't fix it.
And also the battery life is short. I get 4-5 hours max, with 10-15min. of talk time and 15-20 min. of normal PDA usage on the phone. Nothing else like WP or GPRS is ON. I have cycled (charging complete discharging) the battery a few times already. But that didn't seem to help. Could it be that Bluetooth error is screwing up the battery life??
Please Help.
Thanks,
Nate.

A friend of mine with the same problem went in Club nokia and his terminal replaced with a brand new one!

I guess its like a reset button, everything set back to factory defaults. I don't know how it will affect those programs, contacts and files(midi etc) that u have download to phone, Nate, care to comments?

The *#7370# command really resets the phone, which means erasing all data that you stored in it, including your contacts, Notes, Images, Ring tones, calender dates etc. Kind of like taking that Reset option in the menu to the Next level.
Tahnks a lot folks, for all the responses, but I can't take my phone back to Nokia and have them replace it, as I bought it from the Grey Market (unauthorized channels) and they don't offer you any warrantees. THey sell stuff on "As is" basis. So I guess I am kinda stuck with it, until the Sony Ericcson P800 comes out here in India. I'll exchange the 7650 for the P800, which has that MP3 player and Movie player too. Any idea when the P800 is gonna be launched worldwide?
