anyone got any ideas on how long till the sx1 comes out in the UK? my contract is runnnig out and i need to get a new one....if it doesnt come soon i will have to get the 6600.

I'd do a thorough check if I were you, before buying any other phone. Why? Because in your hasty reactio, you might overlook some not-so-nice aspect of that phone, and notice when you got it, and can't return it.
Just as an example: 6600 doesn't have stereo sound and MP3 player. Are you ok with that?
I'm hanging out for the SX1 release in my corner of the world too.
My 7650 is starting to play up so I need to upgrade very shortly too.
Can't believe the 7650 is still on the market for $750 euros from vodafone heh.
BTW there are mp3 players for the 6600, just not built in.
Stero and FM radio are the only letdowns.

You forgot HOT SWAPABLE SLOT for the MMCs.
I laugh when I see people with N-Gages removing the turning off the phone and removing the battery just to change the game. And the worst is that the same goes for all Nokia's phones including the 6600 (only the 92x0(i) communicator and the awaited 7700 has it).

It's not so bad with the 6600 and 3650, but the n-gage is ridiculous to be missing this.
