If I;m going to get the N-Gage, can you tell me some things about the ROMs it plays? I know of NESticle and HGB, would they work?
Also, since the N-Gage can play playstation quality games, would it be able to play a SNES emulator? For instance, would ZSNES play on it?

You are mentioning Emulators for the PC platform. You have to know that there is no combatibility or even a port for the N-Gage/s60.
There are though emulators like:
eMAME
Wildpalm's GoBoy (GameBoy emulator freeware/ u pay only for the sound)
GamePhone Advance (commercial GameBoy Emulator)
YewNES(Commercial NES Emulator)
FrodoS60 (Freeware Commodore64 Emulator)
Wildpalms ZXBoy (Freeware ZX Spectrum Emulator/ upay only for the sound)
and some more (not coming to my mind now)
Although the quality of N-Gage games is close to PSone games that doesn't mean it has the power to emulate such powerfull systems. Even the PSone cannot emulate SNES (although it can emulate NES, gameboy... and there are such emulators on the PSone)
NeoGeo pocket and SNES emulator are in the works.
OK... sorry. But, I saw someone at a webcafe, they showed me that they plugged their N-Gage into a PC with a USB cable, and downloaded some musics onto it.Then, he said that if it you ant to play emulators, just transfer them on.
Could someone confirm those informations please?

Snes emu for the most part is dead. It was handed off from one programer to another but no word if the other plans to truely continue the project.
ngpc I am still cracking away at (torn between just finaly getting a version out to please people vs wanting better speed).
subbie,IMO you should release it when you feel its ready for release,you know how people are,they always want more and more.
Yes you can transfer the rom files using USB.
The emulators create directories like \yewnes\roms\ (for the NES emulator) on the MMC where you can just drop the rom files into with tha USB connection.
