Brand New 9210i

In july i bought my new 9210i because i was desperate with my old 9210!I had to send the 9210 6 times in 8 months to nokia to check up because it went crazy regularly every month!I asked nokia to replace it but they just didn't want to even if they admitted the phone was crazy!I bought the 9210i because i was tired,it worked well for a month but then a couple of problems came out: the flip had problems opening,the phone doesn't recognize the different profiles and the battery charger interrupts the charge after 3 mins it is in charge!My question is: since i've heard that there is a lot of dissapointment between 9210 towards nokia,what can we do to be respected from them,since we spend the hell of a lot of money!!????? :x .Please let me know if you have any [email protected]
