where to get logo and how to upload?

hi guys
i have read the past message posted here about creation of the folder.
i have done it accordingly.
however, the problem is how to create the logo? using paint brush or can i cut and paste from the picture i found on net? how to edit to the size? how to change to .bmp?

help pls

using microsoft paint will do the job, use functions crop/trim/resize for any images that u downloaded from web, normally in jpg/gif. Finally save as bmp files.
