how to resize logo using paint brush?

hi guys
sorry i have been asking too much question but i really interested in getting my ops logo changed.
i have a question is how to size my picture i downloaded from web to 97x25 pixel? what is it in mm dimension?

after crop/trim till the final image that you want go check the attribute under image submenu, change the unit into pixel and see what r the size. Let's say the size is 194*50, then u go to stretch/skew under image submenu and key in the ratio to down to 97*25 in above case 50% for width(horizontal) and lenth(vertical) respective. Clear?
