goboy?

Can goboy be used with the SX1? Any problem with the sounds? I know that this was discussed on one of this forums but it never said anything about the sound quality. I now own a nokia 6600 and I'm a heavy user of goboy but the sound is not good so I'm wondering if it would be better on the SX1.

I don't think GoBoy should have any problems with sound on the SX1 but i'm just guessing since i don't own one.BTW:GoBoy's sound quality is awful and not worth it.

You won't have any sound problems as long as you use version 1.4. Version 1.41 comes with a newer version of wildpalm's sound engine which unfortunately is incombatible with sx1. Also notice that you will loose sound in DOOM if you have installed it previously with stack up for sound support. For more information read the last paragraph at the SX1 Compatibility list for more specific Wildpalms application info.

I got doom to work with sound (single file mmc installer version) but no sound for goboy or goboy+

Hey, can you point us to the single-file verison of Doom? I can only find the one broken into bits and it's not playing nice with my sx1 for some reason (yes I did the install in the correct order..)
