I just got today the unblocking code from siemens customer care. When I put it I got the message "all SIM restrictions removed", but I cann't perform format *#7370# because the phone request for a security code which isn't 12345 or the old one I put.
Can anyone knows what to do?
Check the Siemens manual (User's Guide) in case the default lock code isn't 12345 on the SX1. However, if you have changed it and forgotten what it is, you probably have to reflash the phone with new firmware (if Siemens do-it-yourself flashing requires the lock code and you don't have/know/remember it, you have to take the phone to a Siemens repair center).

You can also format your phone using psiloc's System tools. As I recall from some older posts from the 7650 forum, System tools won't ask for a security code...
