Virtual 9210 on your pc for sychronizing 9210

I'm hasn't but I've 2 communicators and:

I'm don't using the Calendar on commi, I'm using ONLY
one on MMC

I'm making once in month a copy of all my contacs
from commi to MMC using commi function "new database"
in contacs marking all (ctrl+A) and copying them to
the new database on MMC

I'm using ONLY MMC for documents inkl. ringing-tunes.

so, when I take the second commi, I've only the MMC
copying(after delete all old contacs) all contacs
from MMC to this commi, thats all 🙄
ok, I've also a link from workspace to the calendar on MMC
to start it, not the standard calendar. Once started, you could
use the "calendar" buttom, not befor :frown:

nobody, I've asked nokia/software manufactures and few commi freaks (aikon and others), nobody has this. its difficult to write such programm as third party company, and nokia means, nobody needs it.

Maybe we should start an OPL open source project to create our own Calendar application. The current application is extremely limited and I've been looking for a good excuse to start on a project like this for a long time.

I'm not sure all the Calendar functionality is available in the Calendar OPX, but I'll check that out. If not, maybe it's time I start on my first Symbian C++ project 😊

This could be something interesting.

I remember that on my old ERICSSON R I had the option in calendar between Task, meeting and so on to schedule a call, and the reminder in calendar used to be linked with the contact details and telephone numbers
