err... the 3650 and 6600 I have both have Snake EX and Mix Pix on them

Not sure where the 60 second boot problem is from - must have been an old handset you had, or had debug running on it - it's now about half of that.

Agreed, the Voice control in normal use is not much use, but when driving, with a BT car kit, or walking along with the BT headset on, and the phone in your backpack or laptop bag, making and receiving calls is a lot easier, not having to touch the handset at all.

All of the S60 handset have their good and bad points, and, at the end of the day, Nokia and Sumbian are winning from all of them (licence fees), and as consumers, the more on the market, the more software will be developed, which is great for us too. We're in a Symbian forum after all, so let's support them all.

OK OK, with the 3650 and 6600 you were right, although both games are crap compared to the Sendo X ones 😊

Well, just make a deal, I will buy it, if you can send me a phone within 7 days! The 60 seconds were counted from powerkey press till the first possible second to start playing with it, i'm not talking "'untill it shows his famous now screen"! At his point you still can't play with it. My version was dated from end of Apirl/start of mai and it took 30 seconds till now screen and another 20-30 seconds till i was able to scroll through the menu! I think it was build 38 or so.

Sure all the handsets have good and bad point, the X is one of the best but there is ONE BIG disadvantage: It is not released and it does not look like it will be within June! Maybe in July, August or later ...

Marijke was not that reliable with release dates and the 4th of July mentioned to the German Sendo spokesman may be another false information to keep possible customers from buying another phone ...

Maybe you should talk with O[R]O, he is from a spanish forum www.todosymbian.com, they are going nuts with all the promises made "spain will be first" and that stuff ...

Release it NOW or better keep it 😃 LOWER the price, it is too expensive compared to the other Series60 ones! Forget about N-GAGE compatibility, not the RAM, the 65k screen is the ISSUE, WHY most of that kind of games are not working
properly!

SO O[R]O: Not the X nor the N7610 will "play" these games, you are not even able to control these games properly with the navkeys AND IT IS ILLEGAL!... 😮

If you like N-GAGE games buy a N-GAGE, it is cheap (99 EUR)! 😊

To be fair to Marijke, she can only report on what she is told, and if the date changes, it's not her fault.

What is the problem with games on the 65K screen ? There was a problem with some JAVA games, which had been badly coded specifically for the 4K screens and so were showing badly (blues and greens), but that has been fixed (still not on SX1 😊. Was it that problem you saw ? eg: XIII was bad, but OK now, like this:

I agree, the sideways format of the N-GAGE is great, like a GameBoy Advance (or Atari Lynx or Sega GameGear for us older readers 😊 and so makes it much easier to hold. My 5 year old boy can play Sonic on the N-Gage OK, but there is no way he can play it on a "normal" S60 handset due to the size and smaller keyboard format. I have one for "testing" anyway, and my boy does lots of testing on it !
