Try using Fexplorer to navigate to the MMC folder, beam the pictures back to your computer if you can then fix your folder. If you don't have a computer you can try using the regular gallery or filemanager application to create a new folder and move the images there w/ fexplorer. I don't have an MMC Image folder, did you make it or was it created. Anyways, if you didn't format and you transferered then they should be there. No idea why it took so long to transfer. Do you have a large mmc?

I already tried it.. :frown: the IMAGE folder of the MMC will not simply open even though with memory memory consumed.. i also tried Seleq (w/c is great also) but still it will not open the IMAGE folder.. when you open the files of MMC in the gallery, it wasall empty..but when u open by using a filemanager.. u can open the sound, video and all files xept the Image folder.. i also bluetoothed the IMAGE folder to my pc but still only the empty folder appears.. no files in it.. but when you go to the EXTRAS and check the MMC.. memories consumed appeared.. :? the folder "images" are already there the time i bought the fon... i got a 32mb MMC.. not that big..actually small.. anybody experienced this kind of irritant b4? i am desperate to retrieve the images.. :redface:

Ouch,
Ok, so the images aren't in the phone memory...basically nothing is in there and you didn't backup the phone memory using the memory application ever Right? Can you rename the IMAGE folder on the mmc w/ fexplorer? Also make sure your mmc has a name assigned to it (re-rename it). I think there's a flag for nameset somewhere in the MMC API that certain things actually care about.

hi.. i renamed it and the folder wont simply open..actually ive done that before andtried it a lot of times but still with the same result..my friend says it could be caused by a virus.. would it be possible for a virus to infect a phone? because after i opened the MMC in the "gallery" folder..it says "no existing files" and when i pointed the joystick to the left back to the phone memory.. the phone memory NOW displays "no existing files" also.. its like when you go to the MMC gallery u cannot return to the phone memory.. and when i press cancel so i could go back to the MENU ..a certain pop up in the lower part saying App. Media closed.. like in a red sign.. :? ..

hi i just same problem... does it will be the cause is a virus.... i was taking pictures and after the image was saving i tried to go to gallery then there... very the same problem as yours... no files and errors on mediagallery......

i di also the rename thing but stll no luck... anyway hope someone here could help us cause those pictures are very imp't..

thnx..... 😃

o.k guys. i'm not certain what the problem is but try this.

1) turn the phone off & remove the mmc.

2)turn the phone on fully

3) type in *#7370# this resets the phone to the factory settings. WARNING!!! you may want to copy anything stored in the phone memory to the mmc or contacts form the phone to the sim as this will delete all data from the phone. this includes access points & bookmarks etc. so you will need to keep a note of those as well.

4)re-insert the mmc & try to access the faulty files.

hopefull this will have worked for you.

let me know
