Is it just my camera that have poor quality?!

Looks like it is due to the bad lighting in the room...

The first was not steady enough (either your hand or the model). The third was too dark. It's not really a good camera, but you can surely take much better photos..

Try taking the pictures with the same sort of lighting in night mode with High resolution.

It is a phone.....don't expect brilliantly clear photo's.

Also, I only ever take pics in High Quality mode.
That may/or may not help.

I agree with the others that good lighting makes a huge difference to how well the picture turns out.

ohh yes definitely the lightning, a bit of a flash on the camera might help ya there 😊

But if you havent picked up on it yet, if your lighting aint to dark, not just at nighttime, even in day time if you dot have that much light or low light inside wherever ya are, use the night mode, as it adds its own artificial light, and removes that hazzy noise speckale frok the pictures.

Becareful when using the night side of the camera as it over exposes the image, ie - leaves the shutter open a few millseconds longer. So everything has to be perfectly still. That is you and the subject. I have found that objects blur easily when using night vision.

Someone more knowledgeable on the subject, feel free to correct me, but I'm under the impression that a digital camera doesn't work like film at all. There's no shutter and so it can't leave the shutter open for longer on night mode!

Take note, when taking a photo with the night mode, the screen update is a lot slower than when using normal, or portrait modes. Night mode simply uses more processor power to filter the image.
