Geez you're an enthusiastic bunch 😛

So, here's my second go.. the least you could do is tell me its crap!
The jpg compression on the screenshot made it a bit blurry, but on the phone it comes out crystal clear.

Both are awesome! The first reminds me of a XMMS skins i used. Its just that i don't use OggPlay,i believe it doesn't output stereo on the N-Gage 😞

Rafe wrote:I really like both of these. I'm using the top one as I type. Thanks

Should this become sticky?

By the way very good work there. Keep it up.
And if you need any help (like making them a sis file for easier installation) don't hesitate to contact me...

Thanks for the comments peeps 😊

I guess oggplayer is really only useful for sx1 owners. Not sure about 7610, but on my mate's 6600 the sound quality is really awful.

The one to blame for this is Nokia. But the latest Nokia phones will have a better luck with the new versions of oggplay.

OggPlay uses the highest audio quality provided by the phone. As a reference, CD sampling rate is 44100 Hz:

Phone Model ------- Highest Sampling Rate(Hz) ------- Stereo
Nokia 3650 ......................... 16000 ............................... No
Nokia 3660 ......................... 16000 ............................... No
Nokia 6600 ......................... 16000 ............................... No
Nokia 6620 ......................... 44100 ............................... Yes
Nokia 7610 ......................... 44100 ............................... No
Nokia 7650 ......................... 16000 ............................... No
Nokia N-Gage ..................... 16000 (1) ......................... No (1)
Nokia N-Gage QD ................... ? ...................................... ?
Siemens SX-1 ...................... 44100 .............................. Yes

(1): The buit-in audio player of this phone supports 44100Hz in Stereo, but it doesnt allow 3rd party developers to use it, thus Oggplay is restricted to use 16000Hz in Mono.

Nicer version of ipogg 😊 This one comes with a splash screen too, make sure you back up the original if you want to keep it!

Thanks 😊 More to come!

I hope to have finished my halflife 2 one tonight. If anyone has any winamp/mediaplayer skins that you'd like converted let me know! 😃

HalfLife2 shamelessly copied from the wmp skin of the same name.

I've been sitting on this for a while now, and finally decided to stop being selfish and release it 😛

*update - screenshot added

Speaking of selfishness I also have an N-Gage skin that I stoped working on it for more than a month. I just didn't like many things in it and so I didn't want to post it.
Not to mention that many things were added the last time (like the icons that were taken from the ipogg skin)

Anyway here it is if you are just curious to see (it is just a preview release)...
any comments are welcome...

Nice work MemphisX 😊 Just need to get the colours in the lister to match and it'll be perfect!

Pity the phone's not touch screen, those button are itching to be used!

Another skin.

Now it is Lumil (based on WinAmp skin with the same name).

I might make some modifications to it later because I think it is not perfect...

Hi Calo, such a skin does not exist. To make an oggplayer skin you should visit the instructions on the oggplayer homepage:

Thanks for all the comments - it's nice to know the work is appreciated!
If anyone has any winamp/wmp skins they would like converted, post a link to the skin and I'll see what I can do 😊 I'm not too keen on porting 'default' skins though..

Hey guys these days I had enough free time to create & upload my new website. I've put an Oggplay skins section. If anyone is interested in showing his/her skins in my site I'd gladly do that. (with full credit of course to the creator)

I just want to have permision from the creators of the skins.

the url is http://memphisx.freesuperhost.com/
