2 arrows questions

Hi
1)even when I use the "EEikDialogFlagNoDrag" option on a dialog , I still see a small dart (the copy&paste dart) next to the prompt of the dialog .
how can I make it disappear ???
2) and how can I make the black arrow on the right disappear ?
