i live in south africa and we only have 3 nokia service centers in the whole country. our law hasnt got many technology rules. we are allowd to flash our phones but not allowed to change the imei number or sell the firmware. please can you help me flash my n gage. i cant even send it anywhere overseas because south africa doesnt appear in any countries help list. our service centres are useless so please can you help me!!
the problem i have is that when i boot up the phone. the nokia logo appears... then the phone restarts and the logo will apear again.. then the same process will happen for 3 times then il will go off. i tired green + and 3 with power button but that doesnt help so please can you help me!! i flash sony's and motorola's so im not that clueless about it

Ive got a Nokia 6300 and i was using it one minute then the next it flashed white and went all blank?? I tried turning it back on but all i get is a flash of Nokia and then it flashes 3 times and goes blank again??
