i don't hear things from sendo for a while now, maybe because the release is near??? :icon4:

i've discovered 2 bugs that i don't know if anyone else have too or if it was reported for correction.
soft. ver. is x1.30.16.1

nr. 1 - when the phone is locked and with the screensaver active, if you press de disconnect (red) button it let's you work whit the now! screen and every link's in it, including making call's.

nr. 2 - the phone don't send the caller's id even with that setting turned on (it's not network because my previous phone, siemens s55, worked well).

Will the update fix this bugs?

Yes I am on the same firmware version.

I have also tested your other bug and found that I don't get that either. If my keypad is locked I can only unlock it with Unlock*

Hi! I'm new on this forum!

It looks like the operator for which the phone has been designed is really important. In a Spanish forum, a guy who purchased a Sendo X from holland had serious reception troubles, although another with a spanish operator based Sendo has no problems!!!!

What network are you on?

I'm in Portugal and the network is TMN.
It was bought in Pixmania.
It came with french default language but i changed to english. 😊

It's not keypad lock but phone lock (you know, when the locker appears).
Then you wait for the screensaver to come on (the bar with the date and time).
Then if you press the red button the now! screen appears (don't press any other key before. Just the red button).
Only the now! screen and the shortcuts works, the menu button or top button of the phone don't work. :con?
The only way to get back to normal is letting go to screensaver again (and phone lock which happens before the screen saver) and then press other key for the phone show the screen to unlock.

About the caller id, i've confirmed that the network is sending caller id with my other phone and with the sendo is anonymous with the setting to "yes" or "set by network". :frown:

I've the oportunity to sell it for a little less than i bought it, tomorrow, but here was the last thing that should me abort the deal. I like this phone. It's the first symbian i have. If i sell this, i'll buy an siemens s65 and say goodbye to smartphones. 😡

I trust sendo about the updates. 😊 I hope not regret it.
I was selling it for 400eur. 😎
I like this phone and would never forgive myself if the future updates corrected everything with this phone. 😡
