MBM Whizard

I've updated a program where I was working on.

You can view, update, save, import and everything else that you wanted to do with MBM files.
MBM files are Multi bitmap files used in many apps like my Cartoon Today app for instance.
You can also create your icons using this.

A full manual/tutorial about mbm operations + mini icon/skin tutorial is also downloadable.

3 download zips.
1 the app.
2 the tutorial
3 the resource files (only unzip this in the same dir as MBM Whizard if MBM Whizard doesn't start)

Download it from: http://nokia.warlocks.be

:P Excellent!!! Muchos Gracias...
Will learn the icon creation method... and...

Expect some horny icons soon!!! 😉

Part of me is thinking this is so unfair - when I was first doing OPL apps that needed MBM's I had to plough through so many docs and command lines it still drives me potty. Now the whole thing is a drag and drop windows interface.

I like it - this is bloody useful.

So much so that the MBM Tutorial I was working on for the OPL Programming Course was pulled weeks ago in favour of Dazler's MBMWhizzard and Tutorial.

That's one more stumbling block removed from the path of the hobby programmer. Now to tell the world!

Euhhhhh... Can I say Impressive. Very Impressive...

Thank you. Yes. Simply... Thank You.

Thanks for sharing that with us, man. That's why I love this Forum. It helps us finding new & great ideas, and share them with the rest of the humbles... Thanks again.

This is beautiful. Dazler, you are "Great". Thanks. 😃 This is really simple compare to the conventional ways. Great jobs.

I'm just glad it works and it's usefull 😉
BTW n9k, the AAEr6 icon is in the 'import demo icon' and also directly in the tutorial zip file.

Thx for all your responses!

Why wasn't an app like this created by symbian/nokia in the first place. It would have saved myself and Loonyworld a *lot* of hastle when making the sidebars when skinning up. Next thing we know there'll be an app to make the skins automatically for you so our talents are no longer needed.

Thanks Dazler! Great application, makes the life a bit easier!

Nos, I can't wait for your lovely icons... 😉

I'm adding the zip files to my nokia homesite http://nokia.warlocks.be. I'll delete the attachments in my first post to safe some bandwidth.
