There used to be a great site, think it was wap.com - that gave you all wap sites, but it's been under "construction" for yonks, and i do mean YONKS...

I agree that WAP is kinda a failure, partly because it was overhyped from the beginning and ppl was just lead to expect to much from it. But as of today I for one find that it has improved a lot during the last couple of years. Ther's lots of coloured WAP sites out there and through google you'll be able to find just about any info your looking for.

I never even thought of using WAP when I was in my country, Bangladesh, cause Mobile connection is very costly there........and NOw I am in Germany , andI pay only 10 Euro monthly in my home for Unlimited interent with almost 100Kbps..........so, I do not consider it now either.........actually I never saw any of my friends or colleagues using WAP.............can someone tell me how this WAP technology is going on..........will it survive?
When the majority of phones support full internet browsing, I would expect WAP to fade away.
