Yes it is a much better idea. If you remeber the good old 6110 Nokia it also had that plastic thing. I have 3 sim cards, but even I have to change phones once in a while, and they get pretty scratched up. Good move by Nokia. Also LED color is white, but I doubt one could tell the difference on a color phone. If it was blue LED, the color would appear weird.

First time I've heard of rumors saying the phone will be available this year. What I know is sometime in February, March, that's what it said on the inventory list they sent us. But actual consumer retail date no clue, they dont even know yet. Still some bugs to work out.
Target price will be affected by what's on the market at that time. Dont expect it to be cheap, probably around 500-650$ best guess. I have little information on the pricing.
LISTEN, I have never seen any good point in the 3xxx series, but this 3650 might change my view. I personally dont like the phone, I have physically seen a working prototype, around a week back, and it appears too bulky. I'm sticking with my 7650, more classic look.

So, its gonna be real late, man, i can't wait that long, i gotta get a phone with more memory. i was thinking P800. but no movie recording info about it yet, and it has limited memory compared to the 128MB MMC available for purchase in some websites. Like Expansys. So when you look at the P800 as its 12+16 Memory stick, its not that much 😞

Yeah i thought so too, Nokias are always easy to use and everything is just ergonomic when navigating and stuff, as for my personal experiece, Ericsson tends to stick to the dark side...

I heard somewhere about a new communicater succesor to be realesed, if it has a camera and all the new bluetooth and polyphonic stuff, then it'll surley dominate the mobile world. But the price won't be cool 😮

this is my experience of using mobile phones
my first Mp is ericsson T28 i like the phone and yes it not very responsive but it's feature is good. Then this T28 fell of to the water for maybe 1 minute until my friend found it then it still works as if nothing happened. After that i bought 8250 i like the phone but with this phone i went 8 times in a month to just repaired the phone in the nokia service centre also this phone is feels like crap cos it;s all plastic but the menu is very very good. then i want a phone that feels solid so i bought Samsung a200 it was great but there is nothing inside the phone for the special feature. After that now i buy the 7650 cos i want all the feature and i realised that my 7650 feels pretty solid cos when i pressed both side of the case it not makes crack crock sound but my friend 7650 does.

in conclusion i still trust nokia for the menu and the looks but now after ericsson join with sony the model looks llike a remote for my Aircon and TV

Nokia 8250 is one of the best phones I've had. Great blue color, they don't make that bright color blue for any of their phones anymore. Never any technical difficulties, still use it to this day.
Ericsson and Sony, their phones are a joke to me.
