Bernardo, I'm from Porto Alegre, I use Claro and there's no way I can make tim TV work... It shows the message: "GPRS not available. Check the status of service"... But I know that I can use GPRS....

By the way, I can't make my N-gage browse (wap) even though I use the configuration Claro shows... it connects (shows the G icon) but I can't see any page.. It only shows: "Connection time-out" every time I try to download a page..

I believe this has something to do with the gateway ip address, since I read some other guy telling that the browser and GPRS would only work if everything was set (gateways and etc..).. But how do I find out which gateway to use????

I'm really mad at this.. Can you help me configure my N-gage? I would be very grateful!!!! Thanks!!!

Mas a�, � como dizem n�, brasileiro se encontra em qualquer lugar, hehehehe.(isso se vcs forem brasileiros mesmo n�, as vezes est�o passando um tempo no Brasil s�) Pelo que eu pude ver do ingl�s de vcs, vcs n�o ter�o problemas em traduzir as configura��es. E tb se tiverem, � s� passar o idioma pra ingl�s e configurar, depois voltar pro portugu�s.

Sorry, but, no can do... The GPRS configuration is set only by the Operator. And Tim Tv Acess, will only work with Tim.

My advice to you? Throw away your Claro sim and buy a Tim sim.

:con? ummm, i wanted to ask if it is possible to view TV stations by streaming them on the realone player while having the cost not on your mobile's credit but on your internet connection on the PC using the method that is posted here in the forum, because as you know it would cost an owful lot if the connection is being made through the wap/xhtml on your n-gage, but in the case of using the PC's ADSL connection it would cost what you already pay for it monthly, so my question is: "IS IT POSSIBLE"

Colgate, you tested the Aiptek MMC 256MB, right? You said it didn`t work. But what is your firmware version?? Mine is V3.47. I heard from here that there is a 4.10 version, but when I called Nokia service here in Brazil, they said that mine is already up-to-date. I think that the version might be the problem of the compatibility with big MMC`s, cause in the "www.n-gage.com" they say it supports up to 512MB MMC`s, and in the "www.n-gage.com/br" it`s up to 128MB only.

I`ve got the original Ngage and i run a 1gig MMC card with it but if you put to much on it the Ngage slows down and you cant play games properly, my Ngage is only V3.30. I read on another website that its a bigger problem on the QD than on the original Ngage.

To com tudo configurado no meu celular, mas o GPRS simplesmente nao funciona nada... da uma mensagem dizendo que o servico nao esta disponivel. Mas o sinal ta forte, no maximo.
Eu uso Brasil Telecom.

Sorry, but you can`t use Tim TV Access, with your Brasil Telecom SIM card. You gotta use a Tim SIM card.

- I`m a Tim pr� user;
- I`m live in RS;
- I`ve made every thing up, but doesnt connect: Say like "GPRS n�o encontrada".

If you did that configuration correctly, then I think you don't have a GPRS network in you area. It's easy to see if there is GPRS available, just check if there is a letter "G" on the upper left of the screen. If the "G" is crossed, then there is no GPRS available. Oh, and being a pre-paid user is OK, cause it is free until 31/12/04. Call Tim to see if they have GPRS in RS.
