How can I use another color than white for the Title ?

As far as I know, there's no way to change the color of the title bar or title bar text from within OPL.
Maybe it's possible to do this from C++ (and write a OPX wrapper for this functionality), but I found that the information on color support in the Symbian help file is very bad.
