i don't use oggplayer (too buggy and unresponsive)
The version I'm using isn't buggy and it isn't unresponsive 😊
the volume i'm getting is only slightly below what you'd get with the phone AND supplied earphones up to the max, which is a heck of a lot, so overall i'm a happy camper.
My problem is that this is too loud for listening in a quiet environment.
Ok I have ordered an MP35A too. Will post as to what I think...
Fig7: did you manage to sort out the channel swapping problem?
Ok I now have an MP35A adapter from PC Mobile. The channels are swapped, but this does not matter. The real problem is that even on min volume (and mute!) the volume is too loud for most uses! Other than that it works very well, my headphones are much better than the Sendo ones which fall out a lot!
I might buy some headphones with volume control on them - it would work perfectly then.
There are -12dB and -18dB options in OggPlay (1.04) for dealing with the volume too loud problem. They work pretty well with my headphones.
The channel swapping doesn't really matter, but maybe it's time OggPlay had some "DSP type" plugins like win amp does. Swap channels, cross fade, bass boost, etc.... 😊

Wow, you're a legend! I never noticed those volume options! Maybe I ignored it because it is called Volume boost and it didn't need boosting 😊
A channel swapping plugin would be awsome! Cross fading would be so cool, probably take to many resources, no?
BTW how is the 'official' release of OggPlay going?
EDIT: I have been using OggPlay a lot now, used it at the gym and the headphones didn't fall out 😊 It works very well. At the moment got about half Ogg and half MP3 on my 1GB card. Time to convert all my MP3's to Ogg!
