o2 wap settings

have you tried asking o2 for the sim updates? the settings won't work unless the service is activated on your sim card.

be sure to ask them specifically for the SIM UPDATE as the call centre staff can sometimes get a little confused or try to get you off the phone by sending you the access point settings over & over.

if this doesn't work try using the search option at the top of the forum.

are you on pay and go? Change the username from o2wap to payandgo (you need to do same for mms settings too). My brother and I had same problem and spent hours on phone to o2 getting it sorted 😡
