please help me please the battery is not charging in 7650

please i need your help now
i just bought the 7650 yesterday, used it for a while, then charged it, the phone charged for 10 minutes and then stopped charging, the phone was a little hot, then i tried many times to charge the phone and i charged it overnight but no response, then the battery drained completely, the phone now is out of battery, and the main problem is the service point is about 400 miles away from me, the phone is only 16 hours old, pleeeeeeeese help me now .

I'am sorry about that :cry:

But here is no way to work the battery..

You have to send it to Nokia service point!!!

They will replace the battery and test it if it's not good they raplace the whole phone to another 7650!

PS If someone asking about me I'am not in here!!!!!

i just came from nsc,

they told me to check after a week,

i'm really sad, this is the first day with 7650 and the phone is in nsc,

i never had such a problem with my ex-sony ericsson t68i,

but this is my first day with nokia and i cant judge the phone now,

i wish that i never go to nsc after this time.
