im still without my phone now for 3 weeks, was stuck on full battery in update mode, then the battery drained and now cannot charge the phone up as normal i need a craddle asap so i can get the phone switched on as its not got no firmware on it, so it now useless and thrown in cupboard, have it on order from expansys they said 10 days, but it now been 3 weeks they dont answer my emails or phone calls tried mobile fun they said 3 weeks, so phoned sendo they said have i tried carphone warehouse, they have no idea what i was on about who on earth trained them on this product i could sell this better im sure and be more helpful so sorry to go on but need craddle asap please.....
