I think most probably your converted file is not saved... (due to the errors). After conversion, save the file at desired location... 😉

Uninstall it completely (this may involve a trip to the registry). Download and install the latest version available from www.nokia.com

I reinstall it many times ...still
I also used the pro ver but its the same error
