[FONT=Arial]I've just been prompted to "upgrade" my Agile Messenger from v3.13 (which worked fine) to v3.30 and, having done so, it now crashes every time I try to open it.
I have uninstalled v3.30 and will be going back to v3.13 asap but wondered if anyone else had encountered this problem and got a workaround (or can put me right?)

I can confirm its not just your phone that after the "upgrade" fails when trying to connect with an application error.
Unfortunatley ive not found a fix for it yet. I even tried a fresh install of 3.3 instead of the upgrade but still no luck - Keep us informed if you manage to fix it ...

I'm having similar problems on my 7650. Earlier..it used to connect without a hassle..and i've been using it for a year now, but after the recent upgrade it wont connect anymore. Even uninstalling 3.3 and installing the old version doesnt work anymore. Anybody has any tricks here?

I had the same problem. but know everything is ok.
All I know is that I was trying to intall it to the Sd card and when I would run the program it would crash. Installed it to phone and now works like a charm

Which version are you using - I tried the S60 version and it keeps rebooting my phone when I charge it.
i cant install agile messenger onto my phone iteself...it says i hav to install some s60 upgrades... 😞(
Usually - if something is 3650/7650 or Siemens X1 compatible, it will work with the Sendo. Agile messenger seems to be an exception to this, unless there was a previous version that worked.
I'm using version 3.40 (or whatever the latest is) without any problems on my X. (and I have it installed on the memory card) 😊
As its freeware (or at least free software), could you post a link up please - I can't seem to find a working version.
Yes it's free. Go to http://www.agilemobile.com/downloads.html and download the 7650 version.
Hmm...just tried it on my SD card - still get this problem with the phone rebooting while its charging.
I have agile 3.11 and is working perfectly from phone memory (it always says it's a new version but i never upgrade)

I can send you a working copy (think it's the fixed 3.30) - I've just checked, and the version I'm running is 3.42, which I downloaded directly to the phone a couple of days ago. (all installed on my memory card)
Any help would be greatly appreiciated.
