Automatic SMS reply for rejected calls

Hi

I've enabled this setting in Tools / Settings / Call, but it doesn't seem to work. I've had a couple of people ring me, and when I press reject nothing happens (their call is terminated). There's no option to send the text.

Has anyone else succeeded in getting it to work?

Thanks

Will

If the person calling you witholds their number, then obviously you can't use this option so it does not appear on the phone. Otherwise when the call comes through the option before reject is send message. I use it a fair bit, it's bloody useful. Just a standard message, like can't talk now I'll call you back is sufficient, but you can edit the message before you send it.

I think that's the problem - the numbers aren't showing up (as though they've been withheld...which they haven't). I'll see if Orange know what's going on, thanks for the reply

All fixed - needed a Sim Update from Orange. Nice feature - be even nicer if we could append the message with a date variable, like %datetime% 😊
