Since last upgrade (because my phone was dead) it only starts in update mode and not in normal mode, i tried a lot of different flashes (international, iberia and mclaren) and nothing, it flash the phone succesfully but keeps starting in update mode..

Can you be a liitle bit more specific with your problem?
When you press the power on button on your phone, it turns off and then after some seconds turns off making a buzzling sound or does immediately turns on in update mode?
In the second case the the joystick seems to be jumped (always pressed) so it needs cleaning. You can send it to your nearest Siemens Service Center for this job.
If it just turns on and then off try to format your phone (usually this problem appears when some boot files on the device are corrupted and this most of the time is caused by some not completely compatible 3rd party apps.) as it is described at the SX1 F.A.Q.
If this doesn't work search at google for a winswup firmware update for the sx1. These type of firmware updates also format the phone (you can also bypass the firmware update and only do the format). I cannot give you a specific link because these firmware updates are unofficial and could be considered illegal...
