You can choose to have a POP e-mail box, or you can choose to have a forwarding address (i.e. will forward to current e-mail).

if you can receive mail then you don't have to change anything with your pop acount.
You need 2 server 1 pop account provided byt AAS
1 smtp account from your isp (or from AAS?)
For example:
my account is
pop.pandora.be
smtp.pandora.be (my isp on the pc)
porting this to my communicator with different isp:
pop.pandora.be
smtp.tiscali.be
So in short try one of the smtp servers of your isp to send and receive with the pop server of AAS

Also just a note to say that until the new year i am struggling to visit as often as i would like as we have two very busy spells at work in a year and this being one of them so up to 2 wk in Jan I will be mad busy, when i do come home i normally eat then fall asleep !
