14 replies · 6,054 views · Started 31 October 2002

bought the screensaver from nokia softwaremarket site 2 days ago but during the purchase, when came to the downloading link, after I click the link, it promt me error, I kept tring but after 6th try, it said no more trying. Max downloading only 6 times. End up without the screensaver after my VISA been charged the money. Have tried sending mail on the failure on downloading but all mail are returned with un-delivery status notification. Has tried [email protected] and
[email protected].

its puzzled me is that
[email protected] has actually send me mail for my order confirmation but I just couldn't get my mail reach them. Pls help is there any order channel to reach them?

Is there a contact link anywhere on the page?

If it's part of Nokia (Which I assume it is) just contact someone in Nokia and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Sorry if this is no help at all :-?

has send to [email protected] and got a reply from [email protected] and they give me this link where you can key in your order no and password to access your purchase record and from there you can download the software again.

Finally got my registered version of screensaver, but one thing puzzle me is the registered version is ver1.01 but the trial that I have downloaded from thier website is 1.11.
I tried to install the trial after installed the registered one hoping that it will do the upgrade but not, it will show unregistered. Will check their site again for how to upgrade to newer version.

hi forgot the link,

http://www.softwaremarket.nokia.com/DRHM/servlet/ControllerServlet?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceFindByOrderNumberPage&SiteID=nokia&Locale=fi_FI

and forgot to login as well, find that after the new server, it doesn't lock my login username and password, have to re login everytime.

this guy with user id "islah2k" PM me saying he will solve my registration problem by sending him my imei and license key. I kind of suspisious about his intention. Anyway, I don't hav the license key yet, already send to PsiNT to get the license key. No thks to "islah2k" if u r reading this post.

or maybe he can be a :vamp: and steals ur licence key then u hav an :agrue: with him then u said :bad-words: to him. In the end u  and :2gunfire: at him. finnaly he bcomes a :robot:

huh a lil story ......
i like the new smiley ..... lol
also i think even if he knows ur license key it's not possible to use it in the other phones cos it's based on the IMEI thingy isn;t it

He wanted the IMEI and the License Key iun order to retrieve the encoding algorithm! If you know both then its easy!

MaleBuffy: ehh, it is? (Probably!...IZZO!)

so my imei is

NOT THERE (IZZO!!!)

and my registration code is

NONE EXISTANT! (IZZO!!!)

what's the algorythm?😃 (Who knows?, IZZO!!!)

I think you got me wrong! Can a moderator please delte the post! Thanx!

However, my point was to NEVER give you IMEI and registration code away! This amkes it easier for ppl to crack software! So dont do it again! Its bad for you and the company!

Your wish is my command!

How's the FAQ comming on?

BTW which email address did you send the email to? I don't seemed to have rec'd it, and the review is looming.

Cheers,

IZZO 😃

While theoretically it would be possible to draw a connection between an IMEI and the registrtaion number it would only become easy if you had around 5-10 to work with. Before that you could be sure. With one there is room for error. And as the moderators have said do not under any circumstances post products keys here. You're also asking for trouble by posting IMEI's wither alone or in conjunction with code.

Moderators have my full endorsement to do whatever it necessary to stop this. It will harm the community and believe me you don't want to piss the community off 😉
