Can someone please explain why the 6620 is not a listed device for the new PC Suite 6.6? Or better yet has anyone with a 6620 tried to install the new version of PC Suite 6.6 to see what would happen?

I haven't tried, but it should work (other Series 60 2.1 phones like the 7610, 6670, 6260 and 3230 do).
I think it was listed to not work with 6.5, but I have 6.5 still working with my 6620, so I assume they wouldn't change that.
If you go to the NOKIA site for the 6620 it still gives you version 6.5 for the 6620 as the PC Suite to use.
Again has anyone tried it with 6.6 or is it just not work the change from 6.5.

I am using The Suite 6.6 with my 6620. Have done it for 2 weeks not one problem.
What of 6600? Does that work?
PC Suite 6.x does not work with the 6600. For the 6600 you need whatever "PC Suite for Nokia 6600" is the latest. The http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite page should lead you to the latest version for the 6600 (or through "Support and Software for Owners" on http://www.nokia.com/phones/6600).
