Yeah, GPRS is really expensive in my country as well.... :x
But I still use Webviewer every ones in a while though. I've found that disabling the pics and using small fonts really reduces the amount of data transferred, and improves the speed alot. Of course it's not that much fun, but at least you'll be able to view html sites at a "reasonable" price...
....And btw, Rafe, if you could get a WAP site up and running that would've been great IMO!! 😃

ever used webviewer to access this forum, u have to back and fro from every post, its about 4-6 kb for that. In singapore each kb cost S$0.005. that's work out to 2-3 cents for every page

Yes you need your internet APN activating, and you will need grps settings. You probably best off contacting your service provider.
Also note that you can access via Dial-Up to an ISP, which is the method I use, as it is probably cheaper for me as GPRS is very expensive for the amount I would use.
