Hi Celock,
Nice Avatar u got there... it reminded me of "KraftWerk"...
Anyway, in case u guys didnt notice... (just to let u guys know..)
Mr. Hannu (Hannu Viitala) above is the person thats responsible for porting E32Frodo, the C64 emulator to our Nokia 9210...
Thanks man, i guess we all love it... and pls drop-by often to share your thoughts..
😉 Its really nice to have u here...
p/s: Thanks for the version 0.41 with superb sound for our Nokia 9210...
Thanks for the compliments 😊. To be exact, my area was gfx and sfx ports from ER5 to ER6. There are other guys who had also done work for ER5/ER6 ports. So, if you are C64 freak and can code Epoc, welcome to Frodo development team 😉.
Btw. There is a help file in Frodo package, but it is not so easy to find. It is in folder \system\apps\e32frodohelp.htm.

Please,Someone can send to me the emulator at [email protected]
Thanks
How could i run Manic Mansion?
Anyone tried?
Thanks 4 Frodo
anyone know if this emulator will be released on 3650 or 7650? It would be so cool to play outrun once again (from the pics on some website it doesnt look amazing as it once did many years ago). also does the emaulator currently support sound?
Hi,
FrodoS60 is currently under (non public) beta testing. It will be released after I have time to fix all bugs found, but I cannot give any relese date estimate. Audio is working (8 kHz in 9210, 16 kHz in 7650).

... and now for the big question:
What are the controls on the P800?
How can I enter characters? Beamrider, for example, requires you to enter the number of players, and then difficulty, using the C64 keyboard. Using 'enter cmd' doesn't appear to work well. How does the joystick work? I can't seem to figure out how you 'fire', for example!
Hello All
I have installed .50 on my Nokia 3650 but I can not get any games to run.
- Can they be placed anywhere? Memory card?
-Can Frodo be installed on mmc?
I do not get any response from anything in the program?

I can't ever figure out how to start games after they load. I can get some to run using the f1 keys (chr + a, etc). Is there a standard button(s) used to run games from the main screens? Plz help 😞
I have a 7650, how can i upload a game to the phone? And if i try to "select disk", it is empty. There is nothing i can select. What can i do? (sorry for my english!)
can anybody tell me how to get the prefs men ona 3650 nokia???
:agrue:
The keyboard problem got solved, it seems; but the $ sign IS accessible via scandinavic keyboard too: press Chr + Ctrl, a table for special characters opens. Go to symbols and select the dollar sign. (Also helpful for a ton of other symbols 😉 )
How do I Install frodo on A920?
frodo doesnt seem to be able to recognize games on my MMC
so i put it in the main directory (only 500k left!)
now if i select "game.d64" it shows me the game a hundred times, like that
game.d64
game.d64
game.d64
game.d64
game.d64
and if i select ANY of them and try to start it i always encounter a "device not present error".
How can I get frodo to work, and how can it recognize games on my MMC????
Thank you very much.
Yours sincerely
John
Anybody got sound working on the 7610 ?
Ok...
Now I have downloaded and installed frodo 0.51 on my N70...
downloaded the little computer people game on to my MMC ... in documents/e32frodo...
launched the game...
and it does something... and then just says READY.
Am I doing something wrong? How can I launch the game?
Thanks guys 😮
Just a quick question. Does this emu work on symbian 9.1 3rd phones?
Thanks..VinterKrig 1939
Once you download both the game files and WinVICE, you have another option to run the games-
1. Double click and .d64 file and you'll get a window with two options
2. Select "Select the program from a list" and click OK. You'll be presented with a list of programs. If winvice is already on this list, go to step 4. If not, continue to step 3.
3. Click "browse..." and go through the directories to locate the x64.exe in the winvice folder (It must be unzipped before you do this step!) Click the exe and then click "open".
4. Make sure the vice emulator is selected in the program list, and click OK.
5. Now you can instantly run any .d64 game by double-clicking on it!
[EDIT]
If a d64 file has a an individual file, which must be loaded on its own, you will need to load winvice and do the "attach disk image" routine to select that single file.
