MMC Corrupted!!!

Guys need help with my 128mb MMC! i cant format it using any phone... and the PC can detect it but cant open or format it... when i look at its properties it displays:

Used space: 0 bytes
Free Space: 0 Bytes

PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS help me with this!

Thanks in advance!

similar problem encountered several times. if no precious data on the card, the only solution i found is to reformat it with a non-compatible device (a camera, for example), then again with your communicator. also, when the card is password-protected (using the communicator), there is no way to read it from the PC.

Wirelessly posted (9500: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Series80/2.0 Nokia9500/05.22 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1))

Try formatting under Linux, or just throwing it away -- 128 cards are pretty cheap. I run a 2GB card that cost $120.

Nice one! I really should get a better MMC...

BTW... does the 2gb mmc work in the 9500....? I heard it has errors or something...

u cannot format it or do anything..u have to simple throw it away.
what i've done is used a DV RS-MMC 512MB memory card with the convertor thingy that comes with it.

If this card every get's damaged & shows this error, you can simple get your hands on a nokia 7610 & format it on it.
Somehow if you format a RS-MMC on a Nokia 7610 it format perfectly & is re-usable, buit not on any other phone...
I dont know why? But it happens.

You can try formatting your normal MMC using the attached files. :icon2:

Nope nope. I got a nokia 7610, and a messed up rs-mmc. When I tried to format my card on my phone it wouldn't work - I had to use a computer.
