And as we all know, linux games are for free, so will these be.
Just as a reality check, whilst it is (I believe) completely legal to reverse engineer an interpreter for Z, SCUMM or whatever, unless you still own the original game it is very much not legal to play it, whatever the platform.
Pretty much every computer game every commercially released will still be under copyright unless the copyright holder has explicitly relinquished their rights in a manner similar to Doom.
Whilst Lucasarts and Sierra may be happy to let people on Linux play the games for free, I think once high profile high performance consumer devices like the P800 get on the market they're going to want to fully exploit their back catalogues.
That means commercial releases and going after anyone they see as pirates in court, though it could also mean buying the interpreter code from whoever ports it so some people might come out nicely 😊

Not trying to spoil anyone's fun, just trying to point out the realities of the situation!

in order to be able to play the game on your mobile device, you have to own/purchase the PC/Amiga/ST version first. And well.. people are still trying to copy games , even new 7650 games. And if anyone wants to put money to produce totally new versions for the mobile devices, that is one thing, but for know we only want to be able to play old goodies on a new platform. (and nobody is selling anything here.)
