I just put two new OPX's for Nokia 9300/9500 OPL development on my homepage: S80MobInfo.opx and S80Utils.opx.
S80MobInfo.opx is an OPL extension library for retrieving IMEI, IMSI and GSM location information. S80MobInfo is a wrapper around the freeware MOBINFO.DLL by Symbian.
S80Utils.opx is an OPL extension library with lots of utility functions of Nokia Communicators (9300, 9300i and 9500). It contains around 150 utility functions (including all the functions of Array.opx, Image.opx and AppInfo.opx).
