Type *#7370# into the keypad. Make sure you've done a back up first.

Try This!

Hold the Star (*) the (3) key Dial key and the power on button in at the same
time from off mode. Wait till the "NOKIA" logo flashes, "It flashes once very fast, so keep your eye 's on it!" let go of all the buttons.

It worked on my device!
