Of course the IM+, TIPIC is not that good at all, but most important it's free and IM+ will cost you a 28$, it's a rape!
does anyone know if IM+ 2.0 works on o2 network because i dont want to spend all that money and it doesnt work.

Why not test your Network's GPRS by:
-Installing a trial version of webviewer
-Installing the trial of IM+ V1
-Setting up an email account on the phone?
If these work then your GPRS connection will be fine. You will only have problems if your network has limited it to WAP.

You will need to subscribe to MobileWEB, the price of which is dependant on your tariff. Prices start at �2.35 per mb and rise to �5. This is not the same as the standard GPRS service O2 offer.
