It's a large pair of knickers that was blown from a fat Cornish babe who was doing handstands in the garden. The wind picked them up and blew them over to the road as you were driving down it.
Unfortunately, she was also wearing slipper-socks which were warm and moist with foot sweat which fed the storm with the energy needed to carry it over to your neck of the woods.
Apparently, the knickers landed on a truck some 50 miles from where you took the photo. The slipper-socks have never been found, but may explain some recent nasty goings-on down in the English channel.

Yeah, I think too that the aliens are coming. I took this picture few days ago, when the giant mothership was passing by covering the whole sky above me. :black: There was light only in horizon.
