I've got the free memory after a clean install.
I installed all_nokia.data.sis (not the mmc sis).
then I installed the office apps seperately from nokia site.

And then just my continue running apps: Appman and smartmemory.

Since then I start off with 47% free, end up (because of the memory bug in v3.18) with 41% free at all time

thx, I'm glad you like my skins 😉
When I get bored, I'll make some new ones ...

For the others ... I want to see screenshots 😊

Yep,

The secret has been revealed.

I guess is time for some AAS readers to go again to App Manager Review Dazler wrote.

As I am passing the bussiest and worst period of my professional life, I did not have time to take a good care of my 9210. A reformat and a clean install restore will be done during week end.

Here is mine, Don` 😉 t laugh

You can use the background from my new skin pack to give your smartmemory a transparent look.
You need SmartMemory4.mbm it will fit in with your desktop perfectly (at least if that is my winxp background 😉 )
Be sure you have the latest SmartMemory version (1.4) because the previous versions have a serious memory leak 😉
It is the first time when I see this application.

What is it?
I guess he made it 😊 looks cool 😉
If you did, good work 😊

I think he is developing something.

he comlains about changing background.

Let`s give him a hand, that`s what I understand he wants

BTW. Stp kiking your head, it might hurt you and leave this app unfinished 😉
It is the first time when I see this application. What is it?
It is one of my own applications. It will eventually do everything I want in a communicator (except make coffee). Just need more coding time. 😞 Too much work at the moment.

WOW, this design is hot! :smilecolros:

How did u get this design on your 9210? :-? :-?

Is it easy to install, just like a sis file? :-? :-?

I would also like this, it looks stunning, i'm sick and tired of looking at those sad colours, courtesy of colors programme! 😞 😞

Please I also want it! :multi: :multi: :multi:

I much like and want. Code dear boy, code like the wind.

backup display.rsc and display.mbm in c:\systems\data\.
But n9k made a sis file with the those default files 😉

I was expecting more Desktop Post then replies.

Is easy..

Ctrl+Shift+Chr+S====>Save as mbm====>Convert to JPEG====>Share with Us.

Is that so hard, or everybody is bussy?

I like the fact that between 9210 Users are`t so many, and this thing should make us more united....

Did you all took a look at the 9210 Album? So few post.

I will buy myself a P800 when available, and make you all cry with tears oj joy...

But we have on our hands The Most Powerfull Phone EVER..

And we are sitting here, taking sneak peak`s of what others are doing?

Oh, my god, am I loosing sense here? No, I guess not, I like to play with the elite....

Just think about it during week-end. We will enter December soon....
backup display.rsc and display.mbm in c:\systems\data\.

   i can't find display.rsc

My desktop looks like this. The picture is one of Loonyworld's reds.

It took me a while to do this post, because
1) I did not know how to save the destop as an image (thanks to TheSpecialBoy I now know) and
2) I was first unable to convert the image to jpeg (thanks to another thread I now have XnView installed).

I have yet to install Smartmemory to see my memory consumption.

You see how much work is involved? But hey, this is what we all like, right?

😃 😃

First of all, i've installed the XP theme.. replaced all files, but nothing changes 😞 even after restarting the PDA :-? :-?
and which program u're talking about Laura? i dunno how to convert .mbm to .jpg
Damn.. i love this roll

😃 😃

Actually, by changing the format from mbm to jpg is simple by using the Imaging apps from your 9210. Just open the .mbm pic using Imaging then save as *.jpg (press change "format" from the CBA) Done! 😃

And also MBM Converter Dazler wrote for all of us. (It is ok wrote xpression?)

http://users.pandora.be/WarLocks.Data/nokia/apps/MBMWhizard.html

😃

Now I installed Smartmemory
M: 26%
C: 13%
D: 36%

Would it be ok to empty the C:\system\install folder? It contains sis-files and since everything is installed already, are they necessary? 😮

Is there something else I could safely remove from my C-drive?
Backups would of course still exist on my PC.

Set the image of the CBA (right sidebar) using 'control panel'-'display'-'colour' and select one of the backgrounds

Set the background image of desk by going to the settings of desk and selecting the background to match your cba 😉

BTW easiest way to convert mbm to jpg is to just open it in imaging and use save as ...

NO 😊
These files are used to uninstall apps ... these sis files are smaller than the original ones ... bu I believe you can move them to d:\system\install (only the .sis files)
