On the last but one day of the month I always clear the call counter and, now that i have the 7650, i wanted to do the same for the GPRS counter. The option is there on the menu, but taking it leads to a beep and the message "Not allowed".
Is it not possible to clear this counter, and if so, why is the menu item there?
for my telco, it needs a pin2 code, i got it from them. So, i guess this is telco relatated. Maybe for your case they have disabled this option, u may call them up to find out more

just to share with you my information with clearing of GPRS counter, the counter can only be clear from your SIM card which have and support PIN2. This feature is only avaiable from your ISP. If your ISP did not support it, it can not be cleared. I know it's sux but i guess that's the neg. point of the phone. Overall i love 7650, one of the BEST phone ever built
