Well dont adjust frame rate before using mpegable - so framerate is best kept at high numbers until final encoding.

Most software does not know how to "resize" audio if you modify framerate. But there are a few other tricks as well. But I'll leave some of the absolutely best advice for my paying customers 😉 *ROFL*
