Was installing TT6 through data transfer mode via usb cable when i accidentally knocked the cable out the bottom. Now whenever i turn the phone on it says 'installing', 'could not finish from memory card, go to app manager', but when i click install in there it just does nothing for ages then i hit the red button.
So to solve the problem i want to get back into data transfer mode and start again or just erase what i have done but i can't because whenever i try the phone won't let me it just saya memory card in use by another application.
Help!?

Check if your Messages are being stored in the memory card instead of phone memory. You cannot start Data Transfer mode when this is the case.
Messages -> Options -> Settings -> Other -> Memory in use -> Phone Memory
If the above doesn't work, you may have to resort to Formatting the memory card to clear the problem
