Got a mail from the Neuvoice-support - its a bug with firmware 3.12. They sent me a new version without this bug - great support, and fast, within 20 hours. So if anyone still has 3.12 like me - get the new version.

I'm not sure .. got it per Mail .. and the software has no "about"-option to see which version it exactly is .. on their website http://www.neuvoice.com/products/store/prodlist.htm it is still 1.00, but one should assume its the latest version they offer for download.
