Hi all. This has been a wonderful community here this has been a hangout for so many of us who spend quite some time here, among these posts. How about getting to see these posters for say... just a day.. Any particular day when we can all put up our pics as our Avatars?

I used to have a picture of me as my Avatar when I first started, but I got fed up of looking at myself everytime I posted, but I can put it back for a day if everyone agrees

I think the limit is 80x80 (or 100x100) and around 6kb, unless you link from another site 😉
My manager said that i should not expose my self in the public for a while after the last "Mila Jovovic and me dancing in the nude in the Plazas presidential suite" incident. 😃
The chnage over day for the look of the site is likely to be Sunday / Monday.
There is quite a bit planned for Xmas. Including an Xmas party in the chatroom. Hopefully with presents (prize draw) (I'll have to speak to some developers...)

Rafe, since you are Real 😃 , How about making a sister site for browsing from the 9210? I meant for the 9210 Users. I am gone, and Ihave to check using my 9210. It is pretty difficult...Am I the only on in this position (do not think at pervers stuff-Yummy-Yum)

Its in the works. Sort of.
The Mobile section works well for news as does the wap site. Will be adding software directory and support directory to both of these over christmas hopefully.

Well, my avatar really is me, but the advantage of the 'Flash Gordon' look is you could still miss me in the streets if you walked past me.... Which is fine by me!

I'm no expert on picture editing, so I have to figure out how to make a photo the right size and... well... size (you know what I mean, 80 x 80 and less than 5 kb). But I'm working on it...

One advice,if you want a biger avatar,you can resize this one,upload it anywhere on the net,and instead of uploading it on allaboutsymbians web server,you can link it here.

Besides, I would suggest we keep these real photos just for this special occasion, up till new year or something, and then change back to the virtual avatars. So we can keep this 'just between us' 😃
