My Trip was perfect......well until I reached Igoumenitsa. From there and on it was total hell. Katara (which is translated to CURSE) was foggy and it was snowing.....the bus driver asked us if he should turn left or right because we couldnt see anything..(Katara goes downhill for about 30mins and 180degree turns). We reached Thessaloniki in 04:40 and then left for Kavala directly with some friends that came to pick me up.
Today in the news I heared that they have closed the road and some bus had an accident....that was close. 😮
Anyways, I will be in Thessaloniki probably in the weekend or so to see -Valantis- so I will PM you for more info 😊
Bottom line, I am alive and well.....and ready to eat some Sheep 😃

You will enjoy Valantis. Its a great show. Plus there is a dude from the Fame Story Show whos sings with him. (Fame Story = greek version of the Star Academy / Fame Academy).
As well, I might go to Valantis on Saturday night too (advise = reserve a table, as it is XAMOS (XAMOS = packed). So if I go to the show, we must meet there and have a few drinks. Plus some... sheeps sight seeing !!! For all our friends from the AAS forum, we will do some pictures to be posted here, and show them how greeks enjoy themselves at Bouzoukia & Skiladiko parties... Plus of course, some pictures of sheeps !!!

I've been busy for a couple of days (life, you know) and now I'm way behind reading all the posts 😞
It's certainly fun to see all of you as yourselves! And as an extra bonus I've learned to know girlfriends, wives, grandparents etc! Who says that computers and other electronic gadgets make people care less about family members and others fellow beings 😉
BTW Ghostdog: there is a definite resemblance between you and your grandfather. Maybe it's the nose... 😃

My misery started when I bought a small web cam to install at my work PC. Then I realized the OS was too old to really get it working, Windows98. I started to upgrade to XP and found that I has too little hard disk space. First I uninstalled everything I could, but it still wasn't enough. There were stupid partitions that I then decided to get rid of. Then I found out that the file system was FAT16 which does not support larger than 2GB hard disks. Had to change that first. And of course when you change into XP you need to install Office XP as well. Along with several other apps that need reconfiguring.
All this has taken me days (I'm not a pro), and I still haven't had time to install the web cam... :-?
I go by the black and yellow SCREWdriver. What doesn't work, must be screwed!! 😃
