So my damn memory card cover decided to snap on me (The rubber part) I need a replacment in pearl black does anyone know where I could get hold of a couple? I tried Ebay with no success unless you buy a not genuine case at 15. Please help this damn thing is driving me bonkers - it really makes the phone look horrible!

Cheers mate, had a quick look and hes offering Glossy Black and Matt Black, I assumed the N80 only had one type of black ie Pearl Black, Can you clarify which I should buy? Cheers!

Lol, I thought the same thing. The one on my phone is matt black but it was the silver one (until I replaced the front cover with the black Nokia one I got from him). Dunno if the actual black phone has a gloss one or not. I guess if it's smooth it's gloss, if it's rough it's matt. 😊

Got them ordered, bought 2 of the little buggers, it'll save any miss-haps again... This means I have to take apart most of the case just to get too the cover rubber what a bugger! I suppose I can now change over the ariel assembly I damaged my first time round with a new one I bought from him.

Did you have any problems taking your N80 apart? Or did you use a guide/video?

I just undid the screws on the back and gently levered it open. I only took the front off though so I'm not sure about the lower half of the phone.

Well I took the whole thing apart, everything out apart from disconnecting the camera from the board, im not that brave! But you can still take the board out, I have sent you a PM with the N80 Dissasembly video, download it and have a look its the fool proofs guide to the phone as long as you follow it step by step you cannot go wrong at all.

I had a look on ebay for those, but couldnt find them! Damn Nokia's futuristic tools! far superior to anything any normal man can aquire lol

Well I bought supposdly a genuine one, but it isnt. To me its perfect apart from the slider function doesnt work (IE will not ask to lock keys) Which I prefer it like this, it cost 15 for the whole kit though the quality of the keypad was very very poor and so was the memory card cover. So I would stay away from those bits. For genuine Nokia Parts you'd be looking at about 50 for a black case!!!
